"Here are a few tips on how to keep you body and mind in top shape."

  • Exercise Regularly- Something as simple as a daily walk can make a huge difference.

  • Eat a Healthy Diet- Proper nutrients allow the body to heal more easily.

  • Maintain Good Posture- Are you sitting up straight as you read this?

  • Don't overload  your backpack or purse- Be sure to carry on both shoulders.

  • Get out and stretch your legs- Whether riding in a car or sitting at your desk, you will feel better if you take a break from sitting.

  • Never hold the phone between your neck and shoulders!

  • Sleep on your back or side, not on your stomach- This reduces the risk of hurting your neck while you sleep, and helps keep your spine aligned.

  • Invest in a good chair, mattress, and pillow- It's worth it!

  • Make Play Time a Priority- Laughing and having fun are an important part of  lowering our stress levels and maintaining our mental wellness.

  • Have Regular Visits To Your Chiropractor and Family Physician- It's much easier to prevent a problem than to correct one!

Dr. Francey additionally teaches Pilates and kickboxing fitness classes.
